Available for rent all year round, this single-storey cottage (20m²) is located on a quiet street in the “Quartier des Pins,” just 100m from the beach and 300m from the town center and market (held on Thursdays and Sundays).
Close to shops and bus stops, you can easily get around on foot.
Access and parking are shared within an enclosed property.

• 1 bedroom with electric heating

• 1 furnished and equipped kitchen (microwave, mini-oven, electric hobs)

• 1 bathroom area (shower, toilet, storage — sink located in the kitchen)

• TV and Wi-Fi

• Large private garden (100m²) with bike shelter, spacious pergola, garden furniture, barbecue + parking in the enclosed courtyard with shared access

• Outdoor shower available for beach returns during summer

Rental conditions:
Minimum stay of 3 nights or weekend (2 nights).
Rates exclude utilities (water and electricity meter readings taken at check-in and check-out; you only pay for your consumption) and tourist tax.
Bed linen available upon request at an additional cost.

Rental from October 1 to May 31: minimum 3 nights or weekend stays.
Rental from June 1 to September 30: minimum stay of 5 nights.

No instant booking. Please allow at least one week for reservation (rental agreements in duplicate: one for the tenant, one for the owner + 30% deposit).
